Excellent program! It was a great opportunity to learn all the basics of negotiation. Highly recommended!

Daniel Gibbons, Director, Business Development

Thank you for the great job of setting the stage for my Theatre Operations Review. I received positive feedback on the points you covered and the practical approach you took. Without prompting, many of the managers who presented their 'best practice' ideas over the two days highlighted the importance of 'People first, then business,' so they got your message. Thanks again, and hope we can work together again in the future.

I was extremely happy with my speech coaching session with David Palmer. David is very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. Based on his advice, I am making drastic changes to my Power Point presentation and to my style. I intend to seek more help from Dr. Palmer in the future.

Dr. Palmer, thank you for all the advice and coaching. It has paid dividends! My boss' boss mentioned, while giving me a promotion, he saw a very different person in me over the last six months. Some of the reasons have been increased visibility through presentations and developing a strong relationship with my manager, her boss, and my clients. I could not have done it without you!

Dr. Palmer, you are the most unbelievable mentor and influential coach I ever met!  I can't express how much I appreciate your time and the kind help you offered me while I was struggling to survive in my business! Your convincing ideas and tactical approaches have inspired me along my way to success!

Michelle Liu, President
Essenergy, Inc.

It's good that you had a chance to speak with my wife and get the real scoop. I'm sure she conveyed how pleased and grateful I am to be working with your associate David Palmer. You called it—he really understands my audience and my material, in depth, and his edits and advice are right on target.

Even though I had your wonderful tapes oh how to design and deliver presentations, my attempts to apply your principles were at least 90 degrees off. The one-on-one David provided has pointed out the course corrections I needed. His edits of my draft were excellent. I went through his revised draft sentence by sentence, and in every case I preferred his version to the one I had sent him.

At first, I had trouble with his proposed title, 'Change Your Focus, Change Your Success.' However, I've shown it to several colleagues (and I understand from David that he has consulted with you) and all are enthusiastically supportive and approving of his phrase. So, I yield to the data!

Thank you so much for your insights and continued interest, and for making David Palmer available to give me the detailed coaching I need.
