All registrants are asked to complete
a pre-conference questionnaire. Please fill
it out as completely as possible and return it promptly.

skills are most important to you. Click

Q.
Is there a cancellation policy?
A.
Based on the limited number of participants who
will be accepted to this elite Presentation Skills School,
"My dog ate my registration," or "I changed my mind,"
or "I went to the wrong location," are not reasons for
refunds. Death...will perhaps be considered.
Yes,
refunds
for cancellation will be made on the following basis:
refund prior to 31 days before seminar less a $100 administration
charge. After 30 days prior to seminar, no refunds will
be given. Instead you will have a registration credit
towards any of Fripp's seminars and services. Cancellations
must be made via voicemail AND written message (email/fax)
; cancellations without both forms of notification will
be treated as no-shows. No refunds or credits will be
granted for no-shows. (After all, your mother taught
you better manners.) Registration

is based on your acceptance of this cancellation policy.

YOU are responsible for your hotel reservations. Hotel
reservations are NOT included in your registration.

What about breakfast and lunch?

Breakfast and lunch will be provided both days,
and these meals are included with your registration.

What about coffee?
A.
Coffee service will be provided in the morning at
the start of every session. For Las Vegas Speaking School
attendees, The White House has a refreshment bar where
you can make fresh coffee when you need it.

What should I wear?
A.
We suggest business casual -- comfortable
business casual will help you feel good and
get the most from these sessions!

What should I bring?

Bring plenty of notepads. Handouts will be provided.

How do I get there?
A.
Please arrive by taxi.

About
Local Transportation
We
expect most participants to arrive by taxi. The
White House on Joe W. Brown Drive is close to
the Hilton and the Las Vegas Convention Center.
There
is limited parking at The White House. However,
opposite
in the Orange Section of the Hilton Hotel, it
is possible to park and mention you are at The
White House.
PLEASE
NOTE: For your safety, The White House Las Vegas
Learning Center does not recommend walking to
their facility, despite the proximity of some
hotels. Traffic is extremely heavy near The White
House, and pedestrian walkways are not available.
Please take a taxi to The White House.
In
the morning, attendees will be responsible for
their own taxi to the seminar venue:

At
the end of the day, if you need a ride to your
hotel, we will have a shuttle. The fee per person
will be $15 and is the most efficient way to handle
this. This is based on the experiences of many
past events at The White House.
