Background:
The company's mission is to help our clients become better
at acquiring new customers, keeping them, and making them
aware of the client's other products and services. We accomplish
this by determining our clients' needs, then blending Sales
Force Automation technology and training to help attain business
objectives.
Chuck
Wasekanes has been implementing Sales Force Automation (SFA)
and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) projects since
1992. He started ASA in 1996.
Focus:
ASA specializes in project implementations of 25 or fewer
users. ASA is small by choice. We believe this allows us to
maintain better quality control. A sole proprietorship, our
staff consists of Chuck Wasekanes, owner, Fran Benson, Client
Services Manager and others who are specialists in various
areas of SFA implementation. They are called upon as needed.
Most
SFA implementations are not successful! At ASA, we do everything
possible to insure successful implementation initially and
on a continuing basis. We accomplish this by taking the time
to really understand what our clients expect to achieve as
a result of the implementation. Next, we take the time to
understand existing processes within departments who will
have access to the system and how the implementation will
facilitate performance of their tasks.
Training:
Employees must be prepared to accept the change a SFA implementation
brings to their jobs. They must accept and be able to use
the system. Once installation is completed, we train your
staff in appropriate aspects of system use and operation.
Summary:
We believe in providing the highest level of service. We take
ownership of clients' problems and work together with them
