Q. How do I prepare for Fripp's Speaking & Presentation Skills School?
A. To maximize your investment in Fripp's Speaking School, please
come prepared to work on a short, specific presentation.You can define a presentation as it relates to you and the reason you
registered for this event.

Q. Is there a cancellation policy?
A. Yes, refunds for cancellation will be made on the following basis: full refund prior to 31 days before seminar. After 30 days prior to seminar, no refunds will be given. Instead you will have a registration credit towards any of Fripp's seminars and services.
Cancellations must be made via voicemail (415-753-6556) AND written message (email to: pfripp@ix.netcom.com / fax to: 415-753-0914); cancellations without both forms of notification will be treated as no-shows. No refunds or credits will be granted for no-shows. (After all, your mother taught you better manners.) Registration to Fripp's Speaking School is based on your acceptance of this cancellation policy.

Q. What about breakfast and lunch?
A. Meals are not included. Network with your fellow attendees and enjoy
lunch together. Each morning a menu from the hotel restaurant will be at your place. You can circle your lunch selection with beverage, add your name, room number, or credit card. We will collect the orders at the coffee break. Your lunch with other attendees will be ready when we finish for lunch. At past classes this has been very efficient.

A. Coffee service will be provided both mornings.
Q. What should I wear?
A. We suggest business casual -- comfortable business casual will help you feel good and get the most from these sessions!
Q. What should I bring?
A. Bring plenty of notepads. Handouts will be provided.
